1. AOL Instant Messenger
You will be given an AOL Instant Messenger ID. You ALWAYS need to be online on AOL instant messenger while you are working. This is to help us reach you easily when there is a need to communicate with you. You will see Mediscribe support people always online, 24/7. You can message them for any help at any time of the day.

2. Payments
You need to log on to www.mediscribeindia.com and enter your line counts and generate an invoice once every month. It takes only a few minutes to do this. You can do this on 3rd day of every month (do not do it on 1st as we may still be executing work that was dictated on the last day of the previous month in USA). Payments are made only after the receipt of your invoice. You will get paid before the 10th of every month by cheque or direct deposit to your bank account.

4. When your home setup is not yet ready:
You are free to come to our office and work whenever you have problems with your computer or Internet. Please note that our office is open 24X7.

5. When your computer crashes or internet refuses to work:
You are free to come to our office and work whenever you have problems with your computer or Internet. Please note that our office is open 24X7.

6. If you are short of volumes:
If you are short of work, or if you think you can handle more volumes than what is assigned to you, please let us know immediately. We will open more work to you on the same account that you are handling or we will add you on to newer accounts under same or a different Account Manager. Please send your email for more work to: morework@mediscribeindia.com.

7. Leaves:
When you want leaves, please talk to your Account Manager to make sure work is not affected.
